What is glibc-ports?

That's not what I meant. Let me clarify.

A 3rd party provides a tarball that you can unpack into the glibc
build directory enable with --enable-add-ons.

Right now ports/ is the most complicated add-on we support since it
supports adding an entirely new machine.
