I noticed that you have checked in these changes.

As the machine maintainer you have that right.

May I ask that you please email libc-alpha with a *short* email saying
"Thanks! Checked in." such that if other developers, including me,
miss the git commit message, we know you've checked this in and can
move on to other issues.
