PATCH: New comprehensive test for wmemcmp

Hello,

I've reformatted test-memcmp.c file.
I added wmemcmp support like it was done for test-strcmp
since I will contribute optimized with SSE2 wmemcmp (written in
assembly codes similar optimized wcscmp).
The patch was checked on core 2.
