check-textrel failure on linkobj/libc.so

In a trunk build on Fedora 15/x86-64, linkobj/libc.so has a TEXTREL
and so fails the 'make check' run in elf/check-textrel.  The real
libc.so has no TEXTREL.  Anybody else seeing this?
