PATCH: Improve 32 bit strcat functions with SSE2/SSSE3

Hello,

This patch improves 32 bit strcat functions with SSE2 and SSSE3.
Tested on Atom, Core 2, Core i5, Core i7.  It improves performance by
up to 5X for strcat and 15x for strncat.
