[PATCH] powerpc: PPCA2 optimized memcpy function

Greetings,

What follows are a 32 bit and 64 bit optimized version for memcpy.S for 
the POWER family 'PPCA2' processor core.  They are regression tested for 
32/64 bit.  PPCA2 is a member of the POWER server class CPUs, and it 
uses no new or implementation specific instructions - the code is just 
optimized for this particular pipeline.
