State of the test suite

  Hi!

  What is the current state of the test suite? Is it supposed to pass
cleanly if you are lucky, or are there known breakages? Since I'm
hitting plenty of them (mostly locale-related, but also tst-cancel7,
tst-mqueue5, ...) and I wonder if my environment is just so much awry
or I should look into them as genuine bugs (either in the code or in
the testcases).
