Continuous cross-builds for GNU/Hurd

Hi,

In addition to other builds [0], the Hydra build farm now continuously
cross-builds glibc for GNU:

  http://hydra.nixos.org/job/gnu/glibc-master/xbuild_gnu
  http://hydra.nixos.org/job/gnu/glibc-hurd/xbuild_gnu

The former is glibc master, which fails to build [1].  The latter is the
glibc branch maintained by the Hurd hackers [2].  It contains all the
necessary fixes, most of which were submitted but haven’t been applied
to ‘master’ yet.
