PATCH: Align labels and simplify unwind info in strcmp-ssse3.S

I made similar changes.  The state saving shouldn't be removed.  There
was just a typo in the restore case.  I also add the alignment handling
to the RETURN macro.  This might shorten the unwind data because the
region with the new alignment is shorter.
