PATCH: Add $(..) to libc-abis

On Linux/i686 with a separate build directory, I got

make[5]: *** No rule to make target `libc-abis', needed by
`/export/build/gnu/glibc/build-i686-linux/libc-abis.h'.  Stop.
make[5]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
make[5]: Leaving directory `/net/gnu-6/export/gnu/import/git/glibc/math'
make[4]: *** [math/others] Error 2

This patch seems to fix it.
