[PATCH 2/2] Requeue-PI support for x86 arch

I applied the CFI patch (and then some).  But this second patch causes 
the test suite to fail.  This makes me question what you tested in the 
first place.

tst-mutex8: ../nptl/pthread_mutex_lock.c:62: __pthread_mutex_cond_lock: 
Assertion `mutex->__data.__owner == 0' failed.
Didn't expect signal from child: got `Aborted'
