The git commit messages should be descriptive and not just repeat the
ChangeLog entry.  The latter should be written as before.  The former
can be a single line or a more extensive text, depending on the problem.
 To help git tools, multi-line commit messages should have the second
line empty.  The BZ number should be in the commit message, too, but not
as the sole content of the first line (as the automatic converter
arranged it).
