with-cvs

I see that these the Makefiles are out of date for the git repository
when building with --with-cvs:

  Makefile:ifeq ($(with-cvs),yes)
  Makefile:ifeq ($(with-cvs),yes)
  Makefile:ifeq ($(with-cvs),yes)
  Makerules:ifeq ($(with-cvs),yes)

Would patches be welcome to correct this?  The nice aspect of using git
is that the changes really can be committed locally into a cloned tree
without upsetting anyone. :-)
