[PATCH] [BZ 9726] PowerPc: Fix incorrect fp reg usage in mtfsf instruction

Greetings,

Bugzilla #9726 contains two patches to correct a copy-paste error which
slipped through the tst-setcontext-fpscr.c test-case because of a stale,
but valid, value in the fp0 register.  The patches correct the test case
to prevent similar situations in the future, and correct the erroneous
register usage in powerpc32 [set|swap]context-common.c.
