PATCH: Optimized memset for x86-64

I've applied the patch after some cosmetic changes.

The main problem is the size.  Therefore, for ld.so I added appropriate
rules to use a simple-minded implementation of less than 1/10th of the
size.  memset performance in ld.so isn't critical.
