Need INTERNAL_SYSCALL supporting x86 with 6 arguments

Hello!

While looking in sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/sysdep.h, wondered why for 
syscalls with 5 arguments and PIC _xv was needed/used?
What would the proper (and fastest) way to implement LOADARGS_6, 
RESTOREARGS_6 and ASMFMT_6 for x86 (PIC)?
