All those formatting details were only ever however they were because of past choices by FSF documentation folks for the printed book. I've put your changes in on the trunk. Please make sure that the formatting is right for the printed form, and send more patches for libc.texinfo and/or libcbook.texi if needed. Thanks, Roland
