[PATCH] [BZ #2749] ldbl-128ibm fixes, update

This patch was verified against resent (20070104) glibc cvs trunk.

This patch addresses latent bugs or build issues specific to the generic implementation of IBM
Extended long double. Some are latent bugs were the more generic implementation was not used (overridden) in the hardward float implementation and the soft-fp build exposed the bug. Build issue where also exposed due to the slight differences in the headers (between hard and soft-fp).
