[PATCH] C++ GNU/Hurd headers fixes

Eh, I really think you need to find another approach.  The libc code is in
C, actually in GNU C.  The original purpose of C++ was to be usefully
interoperable with C code, and it's a shame if its implementors have lost
sight of that.  But their failings are not going to make me start using an
uglified stupid hybrid crap style instead of GNU C.
