String Functions for x86-64 (memcpy)

On the left, the results for the proposed memcpy, on the right, for the current one.  When the proposed memcmp is slower, a "!" is appended to a line.  I filtered duplicate lines with sort.

First, on an Athlon 64 (see k8-test-memcpy-new-head.txt).

Now, on a P4 (see p4-test-memcpy-new-head.txt).
