I suggest the name "fdopendir" instead, as Solaris 9 and later already
use it for this concept.  The Solaris 10 manual still says the
fdopendir API is "Evolving" rather than "Standard", but that's better
than nothing and the API is fairly obvious anyway.

I don't know of any OS currently using the name "opendirfd".
