I got http://www.uclibc.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/trunk/buildroot/toolchain/kernel-headers/linux-libc-headers-2.6.12.0-mips-nptl.patch

still applies with 2.6.13.1, and you need a tiny patch (which i commited) 
then glibc builds fine.
