Test results on RHEL3-U6/ia32, RHEL4-U2/ia64 amd RHEL4-U2/x86-64

I was able to try RHEL4-U2 on x86_64, and I got some inconsistent results.
I think those are kernel issues.  I don't think we should hold up the glibc
release for them unless you can definitely demonstrate a clear regression
from 2.3.5 on the same kernel.
