Yes, you don't, although this has been explained over and over again.
But of course you don't care.

The glibc API has to be the same across all archs.  It is not acceptable
to differ for any arch unless it is absolutely impossible.  Since the
software floating-point implementation can be fixed, this exception does
not apply and you have to fix that code to comply.
