[PATCH] sys/kd.h should undefine _LINUX_TYPES_H if it set it.

Either way, that patch is being included in Gentoo's release... I just
wanted to make it slightly more public.  It's up to you guys if you want
to include it in your releases.  The kernel/libc headers issue is touchy
to volatile, and I'd like to stay out of that political fire pit.
