[PATCH] sys/kd.h should undefine _LINUX_TYPES_H if it set it.

That is generally true, and indeed I have fixed the problems in the
linux headers in the past, but in this case, it is an error in glibc.
sys/kd.h should not leave _LINUX_TYPES_H set if it was the one to define
it.
