libc port for AIX

Er -the reason why I wanted  a glibc port is to mess around with the 
interface to the syscall table if that is what gets used internally I mean 
struct user->svc_table[]; There are some public domain examples of doing so 
as in:-

Wouldn't the kernel panic if we passed an invalid/unoccupied entry into 
r2(the syscall no.) and did an svca? What protection does AIX offer in this 
regard?
