PATCH: Use .init_array for libdl

Where do you get that from?  look at elf/dl-init.c

Beside, gcc should generate uses of init_array anyway.  This is why we 
have this gcc syntax, so that it has the control.

If anyhting needs fixing, then it's gcc.
