port to AIX 5.2

Dear Sir or Madam

My organization is interested in porting glibc to AIX 5.2 on an IBM p630
eServer (POWER4).  We do not currently know of anyone else doing this.

Please advise me on any relevant rules, restrictions or qualifications you
have in regard to this project.
