[PATCH] Custom resolv.conf

I actually have a better reason why one might want to have a custom
resolv.conf, consider a laptop setup.  You could then just set the
envvar to whatever network you are currently using instead of moving
resolv.conf files around or whatever sick scheme one might wish to
use.

Not that this justifies adding it, but there are cases where one might
wish to have something like this.
