nptl/sysdeps/generic not activated

Hi,

for what it's worth, the bits in nptl/sysdeps/generic are never
included in the build process.

I'm not sure what the right fix is (if you want to include it it all,
but this could just as well be seen as a general add-on issue): If you
want to keep it local to the add-on, you'd maybe want to set sysnames
in nptl/configure - is that valid?  Otherwise, one could hack
configure.in to do that automatically for all add-ons.  I can send a
patch for either solution, if you want.
