How to submit large patch for xtensa-linux?

I'm seeking advice on the best way to submit a large patch (~750KB) that adds 
support for xtensa-linux targets (Tensilica's Xtensa architecture). 
Arch-specific files are well isolated in appropriate sysdeps/.../xtensa/ 
directories.  The only generic files touched are

	* configure: Recognize xtensa
	* configure.in: Recognize xtensa
	* scripts/config.sub: Recognize xtensa
	* elf/elf.h: Add xtensa definitions

I received the copyright-assignment paperwork from FSF.

Please advise on submitting a large patch.
