I don't worry too much about this now.  I will try to tackle cleaning up
the remaining libc.so<->ld.so dependencies and move them into the
_rtld_global_ro struct.  For ia64 this needs some architecture specific
extensions.  Once the concept is in place it's easy to do the same for
Alpha.
