Some comments:
- please do not mention any distributions here
- "If you have noticed the problem only with a particular program
  specify it's exact version number, a URL to a CVS tree or similar
  and the series of steps that will trigger the problem. ": We will not
  track down problems in other's programs.  Please state that we
  always need a self-contained test case and will not look at external
  programs
