Old GNATS bugs still available?

Hello,

I've been asked about a glibc bug that used to be filed in GNATS under
the number 1738.  Unfortunatley I don't know any details about the bug,
except that it apparently had to do with dlclose.

Thus, I was trying to look up the old bug data, but didn't succeed.
Are the old GNATS records still accessible somewhere (www-gnats.gnu.org
doesn't appear to respond anymore)?  Or have the old bugs been moved
to bugzilla (as was done for GCC)?
