[PATCH] Fix vague message in DL_SYSDEP_OSCHECK

[GOTO Masanori]

This patch changes vague message to more clear one in
sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/dl-osinfo.h DL_SYSDEP_OSCHECK.  It's used for
kernel version check, but message does not say so.
