[patch] MIPS/Linux: PROT_GROWS* undefined

Hi,

I think these three patches are OK to put into the cvs.  The current
glibc/mips cannot be built because of these missing patches.  I tested
the similar patch created by me and they also worked fine.

Committers, could you look at them?
