getconf default output

I would be happy to submit a patch that uses either the current 
directory or known parameters. I think the latter seems like a better 
idea, but whichever you think is better I will do. Thanks for your 
responses. Note:

"If no operands are specified then all known variables are written in 
name=value form to the standard output, one per line. Only one of 
--call, --name or --standard may be specified."
