Thank you very much. When this new locale is available in most
distributions, we can start renaming translations in the source
packages containing norwegian bokål translation.

Making no_NO an alias make it impossible for gettext to find the old
translation files, and also make it impossible to use the
LANGUAGES=nb_NO:nb:no_NO:no trick to use both translation directories
in the transition phase.
For these reasons, I believe it would be easier for the users if both
locales exist a bit longer. When most distributions have the nb_NO
locale available, and most packages are using this language code as
the file name for the bokmål translation, the no_NO locale can be
removed for god.
