enable n32 and n64, and move o32 into mips/mips32

I'm having a lot of trouble getting glibc in CVS to build for any mips
port. It appears that, unlike glibc 2.3.1, on which I based the
mips64-linux port, glibc now requires TLS support, which MIPS doesn't
have. Are non-TLS ports require to get TLS support or die? I'm
afraid I can't even think of introducing TLS support on MIPS at the
moment, and without that, not even mips-linux-gnu will build.

Thoughts?
