Build failure

While building glibc-HEAD configured with

../libc/configure --disable-profile --enable-add-ons=linuxthreads 
--enable-kernel=2.5.65 --with-headers=/usr/include --with-tls --without-cvs

I see the following failure:

../sysdeps/generic/libc-tls.c: In function `__libc_setup_tls':
../sysdeps/generic/libc-tls.c:199: `firstcall' undeclared (first use in 
this function)

I am using binutils 2-13-branch and gcc 3.2.2

Is this anything simple (before I spend time tracking it down) ?
