glibc 2.3.2

Ulrich,
   On debian ppc sid, I was able to build debian glibc packages
using the appropriate debian glibc patches. The resulting 2.3.2
glibc passed all of make check and is running fine here under
Linux 2.4.21pre4. Also the pthread changes on ppc32 do seem to
have made things distinctly more stable compared to the last
glibc 2.3.1 cvs pull debian was using on ppc32. Nice job.
