I guess Debian's way of handling locales has confused me. Debian has
ISO-8859-1 and ISO-8859-15 for es_ES, for example. If the correct way is
to only have ISO-8859-15, go ahead. Definitely Aragonese users want the
Euro sign.

Please go ahead with the change and my apologies for the troubles caused
by this locale.
