Getting mtrace to work for preloaded libraries

Hi

This may be a bit off topic, but is it possible to use mtrace() in
a library that is preloaded (LD_PRELOAD) ?  Or more specific, when
you then run /usr/bin/mtrace on the logfile and the library, how
can you get it to show the function names instead of the addresses ?
