[PATCH] PPC64 make lseek/llseek/lseek64 cancelable

OK I see the removal of lseek/llseek from
linuxthreads/tst-cancel-wrappers.sh
as of this Sunday. This clears it up.

But I think that the combined lseek/lseek64/llseek implementation is
better.
I'll resubmit, without the cancel code.
