ldconfig bug (cvs head)

Hi guys

Configuring with --exec-prefix=/ causes ldconfig to be built with it's 
two 'special' directories as /lib and //lib rather than /lib and /usr/lib.

ldconfig -v then says something along the lines of "//lib specified more 
than once" and ignores everything in /usr/lib

Is this intended behavior? If so then the error reported by ldconfig -v 
should be removed.
