It was tested and passed without regression, I can also rebuild the
toolchain without problem. A more thorough testing by users might be
beneficial.

Unfortunately I'm not quite sure how to tackle the dl-machine.h changes,
they require changes to elf/dynamic-link.h, in particular to pass the
link_map map down to the relocation code. Perhaps I'll post that next
and see what people think.
