[PATCH] glibc-2.2.94 - HPPA needs to define ABORT_INSTRUCTION

I've added this file, thanks.  In future, please take care to format your
log entries in the standard form.  In Emacs, C-x 4 a does the work for you.
You can see the other details of the conventions in the existing log
entries or the GNU coding standards.
