Nope, I was just pulling from my local autoconf that a upgraded to
2.54 a few weeks ago.  I'm surprised autoupdate didn't catch that.
When I look at the definition:

# AC_CONFIG_HEADER(HEADER-TO-CREATE ...)
# --------------------------------------
# FIXME: Make it obsolete?
AC_DEFUN([AC_CONFIG_HEADER],
[AC_CONFIG_HEADERS([$1])])

It certainly looks like the right change.
