The untested Linux binutils 2.13.90.0.6

HJ,
   Binutils 2.13.90.0.6 builds and passes make check on both
ppclinux (entropy) and debian ppc sid. On my debian ppc sid
box I also built packages for the current glibc cvs with it
installed and these built fine and passed make check as well.
So far so good.
